This video shows how to install an Ultra-Tec Pull-Lock fitting. While this example is with a wood post, the e procedure is the same for a metal post, except you have no washer. Pull-Locks greatly simplify and speed up a cable railing installation and free you from frustrating difficulties such as managing a manual crimping tool and fittings with only two hands.
This video is a little dated. Cables always ship with the stud pre-swedged on to the cable now. To install with this mode , now, you start at the Adjust-A-Body and swedged stud, then trim the cable at the Push-Lock. This is far easier and requires no special tools.
